Forget Flu Season, Pregnancy Is The Current Epidemic

There are too many babies in bellies around me.

I can feel the pregnancy in the air.

It's a highly contagious virus, and it's hanging heavy like late August humidity.

I am beyond happy for my friends.

I wish them all the best, and can't wait to knit tiny, cute little booties, sweaters, hats and blankets.

But the last time pregnancy was this epidemic, I caught it too.

I think it's time to break out the surgical mask...

...And maybe not sell any more baby stuff for a while.
