We got the horse while visiting my mum, and had no room in our small trunk for it to get it home (we live about 13 hours away by car) so I strapped it in to the front seat. Our car is a smaller mid sized 4 door, so the only way I could get it to fit was upside down with it's head in the foot well. Perhaps it's time to look into a larger family car...
